Both TVA facilities are available to veterans, their families, and communities. Bookings are reviewed and confirmed by the committee — here's everything you need to get started.

Both facilities are booked as exclusive use — you have the whole place to yourselves.
TVA Members
$40 per person, per night
Non-Members
$60 per person, per night

Become a member and save — plus get priority access and extended booking windows.
What to have ready
To keep things moving smoothly, have the following ready when you fill in the booking form:

Proof of service (a photo or scan of your discharge certificate, service card, or similar)
THE BOOKING PROCESS
From request to confirmed stay
STEP 1
Submit your request
Fill in the booking form below with your details and preferred dates.
STEP 2
Committee review
The TVA committee reviews all requests — usually within a few business days.
STEP 3
Approval and payment
If your dates are available and your request is approved, we'll send you a payment link.
STEP 4
You're confirmed
Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed. You'll get everything you need to know before you arrive.
